Kim Kardashian was spotted filming scenes for the upcoming comedy film The Fifth Wheel in Las Vegas this week, drawing attention with a bold red outfit while shooting inside a busy casino. The 45-year-old entrepreneur and reality star appeared fully focused on her scenes despite the lively setting of gamblers, flashing slot machines and onlookers as production continued on the project directed by Eva Longoria.




Kardashian’s on-set costume featured a red crop top paired with tight lace-up pants that showed off her toned midriff and signature hourglass figure. Her long brunette hair was styled straight and she wore her usual glamorous makeup, including smoky eyeshadow and a nude lip. During a break in filming, a makeup artist was seen touching up her abdomen as cameras prepared for another take. Longoria, who is directing the film, was also seen nearby monitoring the shoot on a screen while holding her phone. In contrast to Kardashian’s dramatic costume, the filmmaker kept things casual in glasses, a white T-shirt and beige pants as she oversaw the production.




The comedy began filming last month in Los Angeles and follows a group of high school friends who reunite for a weekend trip to Las Vegas. Their attempt to reconnect takes an unexpected turn when a glamorous outsider, played by Kardashian, arrives and disrupts the reunion, forcing the group to confront complicated friendships and personal decisions.

The film features a strong comedy lineup that includes Will Ferrell, Jack Whitehall, Casey Wilson, Nikki Glaser, Fortune Feimster and Brenda Song. Kardashian, Ferrell and Longoria are also credited as producers on the project. Industry reports have suggested Kardashian may play an active role in the film’s marketing and brand partnerships once production wraps.




The Fifth Wheel marks Kardashian’s first leading role in a major film. She previously appeared in the 2008 parody Disaster Movie and later had roles in Ocean’s Eight and Tyler Perry’s Temptation: Confessions of a Marriage Counselor. She also voiced the character Delores in the recent animated PAW Patrol films.

More recently, Kardashian appeared in Ryan Murphy’s legal drama series All’s Fair, which premiered in November 2025 and was renewed for a second season after strong viewership. Outside of acting, Kardashian continues to run multiple businesses, including her shapewear brand SKIMS. The star also recently promoted a new NikeSKIMS collection while maintaining a busy filming schedule and public appearances.
